A paper that presents empirical research, for which EBT did not publish the planned methods Single-stage submission
A discussion or concept paper, e.g. a paper that presents a concept for a methodological approach or an expert view on an issue rather than presenting the results of empirical research Comment
The methods for research that I am planning to conduct (the planned methods for a future study, a preregistered study, Registered Reports) Protocol
